Gigi is a high-authority Business Coach who had successfully been in business for 10+ years and built a community but lacked the "Revenue Infrastructure" to capture the full value of her audience.

While she had valuable intellectual property, it was siloed across different platforms, leading to manual delivery and "leaky" revenue.

The way she described her business on our discovery call was “messy”, “complicated”, “unreliable” and no real system to track those who buy vs abandon checkouts.

The Challenge

Before our partnership, Gigi’s business was a collection of individual products rather than a unified ecosystem. She faced three primary hurdles:

  1. Low Average Order Value (AOV): No logical path to upsell students into her high-ticket tiers.
  2. Fragmented Tech Stack: A mix of tools that didn't "talk" to each other, creating a "tech tax" on her time.
  3. Launch Friction: The overwhelm of trying to coordinate copy, design, and automations alone.

The Solution: The End-to-End Handshake

As her fractional partners, we took full ownership of the technical and strategic build, allowing Gigi to stay in her zone of genius (coaching).

Once Gigi provided the intake and my copywriter and I strategized the way the funnel should flow for maximum impact, we decided to map out the copy.

A funnel is only as strong as its message. We applied an Expert Frame to the copywriting, highlighting the gap between the student's current struggle and Gigi's "Unique Mechanism." We then deployed a 14-day automated indoctrination sequence to nurture leads into customers on autopilot. The goal here was to ensure every copy did its part: nurture her audiences, list their pain points clearly and provide her course/low-ticket offer as the solution. We also adopted a longer copy format since she is re-building her audiences and needed more convincing.
